Hotel furniture: contract manufacturer and bespoke FF&E
At Frajumar, we design and manufacture hotel furniture built to withstand heavy use: from guest rooms (headboards, bedside tables, wardrobes, sofa beds) to lobbies and public areas, dining facilities (buffet and à la carte) and outdoor spaces (piscinas, terrazas y beach clubs). We undertake contract and hospitality projects and FF&E with complete customisation in terms of dimensions, materials and finishes, reflecting the hotel’s identity and meeting day-to-day operational requirements.
Our strength lies in combining aesthetics, durability and ease of maintenance. That is why we use HPL and phenolic compact surfaces in high-wear areas, fire-retardant (FR) upholstery with high abrasion resistance (Martindale), metal frames with polyester paint, and engineered wood with durable finishes. Furthermore, we deliver technical data sheets, test reports and warranties, and we coordinate logistics and phased installation to ensure your premises continue to operate without disruption.
1) Brand, location, and host: consistency that shows in the reviews
Before purchasing, we work with you to define a brand storyboard (style, colour palette, textures), cross-referenced with the context (climate, coast/interior, outdoor use) and guest profile (family resort, urban/boutique, adults-only). This guides the selection between more sculptural pieces or modular solutions, between richly textured fabrics or quick-clean technical vinyls, and between natural woods or ultra-resistant surfaces.
2) By area: key requirements and decisions
- Bedrooms and bathrooms: quiet comfort, reading lights, USB ports, hygienic countertops and intuitive contract sofa beds.
- Lobby and corridors: seating islands that do not block traffic flow, mobile nesting tables, stain-resistant upholstery and integrated signage.
- Catering (F&B): restaurant chairs, compact armchairs, HPL/stone table tops and acoustic treatment to reduce reverberation during breakfast and dinner.
- Exterior: aluminium/anodised or marine-grade steel, solution-dyed anti-UV fabrics and boards that drain and do not heat up.
3) Contract quality: what you should ask a supplier for
- Tests: reaction to fire of fabrics/foams, Martindale, light fastness, stability.
- Specifications: materials, fittings, maintenance and warranties.
- Prototypes: real-life testing of chairs/seats before launching production.
- Replacement plan: technical stock of 2–5% to cushion breakages and peaks in occupancy.
- HPL and phenolic compact: resistant to impact and intensive cleaning. Ideal for bedside tables, sideboards, buffets, headboard backs and restaurant tables.
- Technical woods: they provide warmth; we use them on fronts and panelling with high-resistance varnishes.
- Metal: lightweight profiles in legs and structures, with thermoset polyester paint.
- Contract upholstery: FR, stain resistant, high abrasion and, depending on the area, antibacterial properties. We offer a fabric chart and finishes with 30×30 cm samples.
- Exterior: solution-dyed acrylic fabrics, mesh that drains, and boards that withstand saltpetre, chlorine, and UV radiation.
- Customised: we adapt each piece to its installation (dimensions, wiring, registers).
- Industrial capacity: long series and single pieces with the same quality standard.
- FF&E / turnkey: coordination with architecture/interior design, prototyping, logistics and assembly in phases, cleaning manuals and after-sales service.
- Reliable deadlines: batch planning, monitoring and delivery aligned with construction work and opening.
- Sustainability: certified wood options, state-of-the-art glues and varnishes, and useful design to extend service life (real ROI).
- Family resort: washable panelled headboards, front-opening sofa beds, stain-resistant textiles and reconfigurable outdoor furniture.
- Urban/boutique hotel: distinctive pieces (armchairs, side tables), acoustic solutions in the lobby bar, integrated sockets and chargers.
- Adults-only: deep armchairs, high bars, warm lighting and bistro tables to optimise occupancy.
In all cases, we design “Instagrammable spots” with carefully considered framing (lighting, background, height), discreetly marked with your logo/hashtag to promote user-generated content without interfering with daily operations.
