Express delivery terms
What does ‘express delivery’ mean at Frajumar?
Selecting the express delivery option reduces production lead times for specific products and fabrics. Once the order has been confirmed, Frajumar can prepare and hand over the product to the courier in approximately 15 days, provided that the conditions regarding the product, fabric and availability are met.
Will the product arrive at my home in 15 days?
Not necessarily. The 15-day period refers to the preparation and handover of the product to the courier. From that point onwards, delivery may take approximately 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the delivery area and the carrier’s own schedule.
For which products is express delivery available?
This service is only available for a specific selection of products, sizes and upholstery. Not all models or fabrics are part of the express delivery collection.
Which fabrics are available for fast delivery?
The fast delivery collection features a limited selection of high-demand, easy-care fabrics, designed to streamline production without compromising on quality, comfort and finish.
