ABOUT THE PRODUCT
Designed by Alejandro Azorín, ADEX is a contemporary armchair that combines the comfort of an upholstered piece with the visual precision of a minimalist metal frame. Drawing inspiration from certain classic designs of the early 20th century, the collection reinterprets these design elements through a cleaner, more architectural and contemporary aesthetic.
The striking contrast between the outer structure and the padded body creates a highly distinctive visual identity, where the lightness of the metal contrasts with the softness and warmth of the seat. This balance between structural rigidity and comfort makes ADEX a particularly attractive choice for contemporary interior design and hospitality projects.
Its design also allows for the use of metallic finishes, upholstery and decorative trims to create understated, elegant or more expressive configurations, depending on the nature of the project.

Materials and construction
Estructura interna de madera maciza de pino reforzada en zonas de fricción para mejorar la durabilidad de la suspensión. La estructura exterior se realiza mediante tubo metálico visto, aportando identidad visual y ligereza al conjunto.
The seat features 30 kg/m³ HR foam covered with 400 g siliconised fibre to enhance comfort and softness.
The collection is available in two backrest configurations:
- a more supportive and adaptable version, featuring Dofill Plus fibre and latex flakes
- version with backrest made of soft foam with a density of 20 kg/m³ for a more firm and even seating position

The ADEX collection allows you to combine different upholstery fabrics, decorative piping and metal finishes to suit hospitality projects and contemporary residential spaces. We can also produce pieces using the customer’s own fabric.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Solid wood construction: clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or aggressive chemicals.
Upholstery: for technical fabrics and removable covers, machine wash at 30°C. For natural or special fabrics, professional cleaning is recommended. More details on the following link.
Cushions: turn, hollow out and smooth regularly to maintain the original volume and shape.
Avoid direct and prolonged exposure to sunlight to preserve colours and textures.

Alejandro Azorín
Designer
Alejandro, through his studio Mister Estudio, creates audiovisual solutions adapted to the needs of the client, valuing their opinion in order to evolve. With a background in industrial furniture design, he combines technical skills with human empathy to materialise complex ideas into practical products. He excels in the development of prototypes for upholstered furniture, stands and ephemeral spaces, infusing life through colours inspired by the Mediterranean Levant. His achievements include awards at the CETEM International Industrial Furniture Design Competition in 2008 and 2009. In addition, it is distinguished by its consideration of environmental criteria in the selection of commercial products.
Alejandro fuses nature and nostalgia in his designs, offering furniture that provides well-deserved rest and evokes moments of peace and joy.
